Patna, Bihar: BJP MP Ravi Kishan Criticizes Tejashwi Yadav’s Yatra, Predicts BJP’s Victory in Bihar and Other States

18 October, 2024;Patna, Bihar— In a sharp political exchange, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Member of Parliament Ravi Kishan took a dig at Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav over his ongoing political yatra. Kishan dismissed the yatra’s potential impact, sarcastically stating that “the more he walks, the more people will lose weight.” The BJP leader confidently asserted that despite Tejashwi Yadav’s extensive travels, the upcoming government in Bihar will be formed by the BJP in alliance with Nitish Kumar’s party, ensuring a return to power.

Ravi Kishan’s remarks come as the political climate in Bihar heats up ahead of future elections, with Tejashwi Yadav actively rallying support for the RJD. However, Kishan remained unfazed by Yadav’s efforts, drawing a comparison to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra. Kishan noted, “Rahul Gandhi also travelled a lot, but look at what happened in Haryana.” Despite Gandhi’s extensive efforts, the Congress faced challenges in securing major victories.

Turning his focus to other states, Ravi Kishan exuded confidence in the BJP’s electoral prospects. He predicted that the BJP would secure a full majority in Jharkhand, just as it did in Haryana. The actor-turned-politician also expressed optimism about the party’s performance in Maharashtra, signaling the BJP’s intent to maintain its dominance across multiple states.

Tejashwi Yadav’s yatra is seen as an attempt to galvanize support for his party and build momentum ahead of upcoming elections. However, the BJP remains steadfast in its belief that it will retain power in key states, with leaders like Ravi Kishan actively countering the opposition’s strategies.

As Bihar prepares for a heated political battle, the rivalry between the RJD and BJP is set to intensify, with both sides vying for voter support in the crucial months ahead.
