23 October, 2024;The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has announced the postponement of the Odisha Civil Services Preliminary Examination for the year 2023-24, which was originally scheduled to take place on October 27, 2023. This decision has been made in light of the impending cyclonic storm DANA, which is expected to affect the region.
In a notification issued by the OPSC, the commission stated that the exam has been postponed as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety and well-being of candidates and examination staff.
