As the North-East Monsoon approaches, Tamil Nadu is gearing up to handle potential challenges. On a proactive note, Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin conducted an inspection of the Disaster Management office in Ezhilagam, Chennai, on [date], assessing the state’s readiness for the upcoming rains.
Joined by Revenue and Disaster Management Minister KKSSR Ramachandran and senior officials from various state departments, the Deputy CM reviewed the measures put in place to mitigate the effects of the monsoon, which typically brings heavy rainfall to the state.
