He reminisced about his visits to the town during his cricketing days, saying, “Whenever I used to play cricket here, I would definitely come here. I have also played many tournaments here.” For Zaheer, Shirdi holds a special place not just because of its proximity to his hometown but also due to his devotion. He added, “Whenever we got a chance, we would definitely come here to see Baba.”
